Did you know you can fill out your Passport Application online?

You must meet three requirements in order to do so:

1. Are you a Canadian Citizen?
2. Are you living in Canada?
3. Are you at least 16 years old?

Did you know you can fill out the forms for your Birth Certificate online?

https://www.businesstemplate.gov.on.ca/esd/start.do

1. Any person over 13 years of age can apply for his/her own certificate .
2. A parent named on the birth registration or legal guardian can apply for his/her child's certificate .
3. The immediate Next of Kin or estate trustee (Certificate of Appointment must be provided) can apply for the certified copy of the birth registration of a deceased person (Proof of death must be provided).
